4. Services
FLORA may update or discontinue services and pricing from time to time. Pricing changes do not affect bookings already confirmed. All services are available by referral or invitation only..
5. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
Your appointment is confirmed once your $100 deposit is received, no later than 48 hours before your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your fee, and the balance is due at your consultation. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
6. Your Report
Your Wellness Report and Roadmap is prepared for you personally and delivered by email as a PDF. It is for your own use and may not be copied, shared or republished without written permission.

7. Practitioner Referrals
Where appropriate, FLORA may refer you to an independent practitioner. These practitioners are separate from FLORA, work under their own qualifications and insurance, and charge their own fees. FLORA receives no payment, commission or benefit for any referral.
8. Intellectual Property
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
