Your Roadmap, refined
As your circumstances change, so can your Roadmap. Within 3 to 5 days you receive an updated report, which may include:

Lifestyle and daily rhythm considerations

Nutrition and eating pattern considerations

An updated 30, 60 and 90 day roadmap

Suggested next steps, including when to speak with your GP or a qualified practitioner
